CMIS is located on the 6th floor of the Ghana Multimedia Centre; Ghana House, Accra Central, and deals in the development of Management Information System (MIS) solutions for corporate organizations in Ghana and beyond.

We expect a high degree of profitability based on our plan to key in on businesses and corporate organizations who have expressed a need for an MIS solution. Our ability to listen to customers and develop solutions that meet their specification will be the cornerstone of our success.

Our unique trait lies in our ability to listen carefully to the client’s problem and use the cheapest technology to design a system that solves the problem.

3.0 Products and Services
CMIS is into developing Management Information System solutions for corporate organizations. We study the client organization and model and develop software that allows the various departments of the organization to share vital information online.
We also make it possible for organizations to connect with their business partners by creating a virtual business environment for online transactions to take place.
We will render services to a wide range of corporate organizations such as healthcare providers, educational organizations, transport organizations etc. Finally, we will provide complete training for the use of solutions purchased from us and develop our own human resource for expansion.

3.1 Product and Service Description

FEATURES OF OUR MAIDEN SOFTWARE – THE “Online Health Delivery System”

  • This is a web application software that has a web enabled interface to automate health delivery in hospitals, from the Out Patient Department to the Pharmacy and laboratory units.
  • This solution will allow patients to schedule appointments with doctors online and makes it possible for doctors to view online patients assigned to them and read the patient’s history and prepare long before the patient gets to the consulting room.
  • It will also allow remote diagnostic treatment and consultation within a particular hospital since doctors can have access to patient records online.
  • It will also allow doctors to access online the drugs available at the pharmacy before making prescriptions.
  • The pharmacy and laboratory units on their part will also be able to check on the doctor’s prescription and laboratory request for a particular patient and prepare long before the patient gets to the pharmacy unit.
